Dogs with new toys!

It cooled down a tiny bit on the weekend and we went shopping, so we got some toys out of the bargain bin for the dogs.

My MacBook's magsafe power cord which usually works very well when the dogs run across the power cord failed this time around. Happy to report it's OK!!!

The orange snake was removed from the rope in about an hour and it is looking sad and destuffed on the living room rug.

Barbie looks completely unconcerned about the state of the laptop! Ha ha ha! She obviously thought the new toys were very exciting. It's funny how new toys always get a reaction!
I love the squeaky ones too. I put my good boys ears on and look really cute! Hehe! Deccy x

the hedgehog that Barbie has makes a 'ratatatatat' noise that Barbie thinks is even better than squeaking. I love how they both sit when they see what I have in my hands ;)
Not the MacBook. Glad it's ok. New toys. It's like Christmas all over again.
Fun while they lasted, hahaha. Glad the macbook survived too!
New toys are SO MUCH FUN!!!

I'm guessing there's a video where all I can see is a big, black rectangle? Will have to go to your Youtube channel and see it:) I'm sure if I had a Macbook I'd be able to keep up with blogs much better:) The new toys look like fun. I think we need some new toys too. We haven't got many left that haven't been disembowelled!

yeah, there's a video :) I haven't had any problem at looking at it while embedded on my page, but it's one of the vagaries of the internet - different browsers and such.
I love bargain bin toys! We get all Honey's stuffed toys for $1 from the charity shops, especially as she used to just destuff them in 5mins - would have been crazy to spend $27 on a stuffed toy from a pet store (they're such a rip-off anyway!!) Although, in the last couple of years, she seems to have stopped destuffing them so they tend to last much longer...and a lot of very kind blog friends keep sending us new stuffies from overseas so we haven' really had to buy any new ones for a long time! :-)

Isn't it funny how all dogs - regardless of breed - seem to love stuffies? :-)
Ooh, I can see Bender loves to play Tug - if he & Honey ever get a chance to meet, they'd probably love to play Tug with each other! Honey likes a dog who can be a good Tugger! Most dogs get so intimidated by her that they keep letting go - even when she is thrusting it in their faces and begging them to play! :-)

Bender's a very strong tugger, I reckon he would play tug with Honey - he taught Barbie to play tug :)

Bender is also a lot better with not stealing Barbie's stuffies now, so hers last a lot longer. She doesn't destuff. I think stuffies must feel nice in the mouth, even for doggies with little delicate mouths. I don't think I've met a dog who doesn't like stuffies :)
Wow! Georgia's a wus by comparison.. She's still got the same 2 stuffed dogs from 2 years ago. Missing a nose and a hind leg on one, but definitely still chewable. She only tosses them about when she's throwing a tantrum.

hahah Barbie has little nutso moments when she throws her toys around, Bender is obsessed with his toys but in a fairly destructive way! the only things that really last for him are Kongs and other longlived toys.
New topys are wonderful - I love my bunnies that came from a charity shop.

Love and licks, Winnie
